Executive Leadership Associates (ELA) is a partnership of 5 former North Carolina community college presidents who are committed to ensuring that our internationally recognized community college system continues its proud tradition of excellence – one community college at a time. With our combined decades of executive leadership, we have the proven experience to guide individual colleges through their most significant transitions, ensuring that Boards of Trustees have all the information and advice they need to make the best decisions for their unique colleges and communities. ELA can assist Boards in hiring a president, including designing a process that fits the individual board’s needs, values and resources.
